The site, some say in a sarcastic, some say in a caustic, still others say in a sardonic manner, and I say in a humoristic "tongue in cheek" manner mixed with plenty of poetic hyperbole, promotes citizens awareness that their court system in Vancouver and Beautiful British Columbia is providing safe haven for homosexual pedophiles.
Mr. Schnell has said a lot of things.
The Canadian Human Rights Commission / Tribunal posted Mr. Schnell's and my name on their website (and still do) under upcoming events long before I posted unabridged copies (deemed to be in the public domain) of Human Rights Police documents.

Your understanding is partially correct the site was and still is anti-pedophilia.
The issue of Freedom of Speech however did not arise until a self-described gay man involved the Human Rights Commission, forcing the Issue of Speech on me by enforcing Section 13(1) of Canadian Human Rights Act.

In my opinion as a heterosexual a comment like "homosexuality is a repugnant lifestyle" is simply a comment without adjective.
I also suspect that the Canadian Human Rights Commission is delirious in its insatiable desire to gain jurisdiction over the Internet in order to expand the horizon of authority to further inflict their mandate of protecting special interest groups.
I further suspect that the Human Rights Commissions are havens for lawyers incapable of running a private practice. In a private practice one assumes that billable hours are at least partially kept in check by the clients ability to pay.
The Canadian Human Rights Commission appears to condone make work projects for reject lawyers who would otherwise be on the dole or forced to apply for commissionaire status.

2) If so, should the Human Rights Commission have such Jurisdiction?
3) Did I in fact communicate telephonically or cause to be so communicated, repeatedly, in whole or in part by means of the facilities of a telecommunication undertaking within the legislative authority of Parliament, any matter that is likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt by reason of the fact that that person or those persons are identifiable on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination?
4) Does enforcement of the Canadian Human Rights Act contravene / supercede the Canadian Charter of Rights?
Behavior deemed unconstitutional by Parliament.

I am sorry to report that unfortunately I am not aware of any definitive evidence that any of my words incited action or violence against any pedophile, are you?
Did Mr. Schnell report his telephone problem to the authorities and provide them the opportunity of tracing and apprehending the offenders or did he simply change his phone number to unlisted for other reasons such as trouble with his "boyfriend" and then used me as an excuse?

Question - Which 50% of the charges have been dropped and which charges are they still pursuing?
Answer - Originally the Canadian Human Rights Commission laid two charges under Section 13.1 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, one against Machiavelli & Associates Emprize Inc. the other against John Micka and two charges under section 14.1 of the same Act, one against Machiavelli and one against Micka. The commission dropped the 14.1 charges
Question - How much extortion does the Complainant now demand?
Answer - Originally the Canadian Human Rights Commission sought penalties of $ 40,000which they (the Commission) dropped on the last day of the Tribunal. The Complainant (Schnell) is still seeking $10,000 each from both Machiavelli and Micka. $ 20,000 total They (the Commission and Schnell are both still seeking to shut down the site) the ruling / decision is forthcoming I would suspect sometime next year.
Question - Since the main purpose of this inquisition is to silence opinions that they don't like, how do they propose to take down a website that is located on a U.S. server?

To clarify, would you please explain the context in which you meant the statement? I took the above quote from your site, since this seems to be the primary basis for the complaint Schnell made, and it seems that this phrase is primarily what the commission is focused on prosecuting as "hate speech" it would be very helpful, and would probably better serve your defense, if the statement was better qualified or altered to reflect your true opinion.

ANSWER NO ! some pedophiles are heterosexual and should be forced to spend the rest of their time with homosexuals.
The statement was meant to be controversial. In my opinion a disproportionate number of times when the mainstream media reports about sexual child abuse and labels the abuser a pedophile, the pedophile in question is a man abusing boys, which by my definition makes him a homosexual pedophile. In my opinion the number is so disproportionate that one might ask themselves the question are all homosexuals pedophiles, even though as rational beings we know that not all of anything is something in particular.
Karl Toft molested more than 200 boys in New Brunswick yet the "mainstream" media insists on labeling him a child molester as opposed to calling him what heis. Why?

Such was the site for some 6 months or more without any reaction from anybody until Mark Schnell complained to the Human Rights Commission who were desperately seeking internet jurisdiction.
When the complaint was first lodged I said I would make no changes, only additions and as I always try to do as I say there have only been additions.
I will leave it the way it is and was until the real court case Machiavelli et al vs. the Canadian Human Rights Commission et al concludes at which time its purpose will have been served and will change the format voluntarily.
My opinion which is not worth the paper it is written on should not be the issue, the issue should be does one have the right to opine on one's website.
Yes I chose to represent myself before the tribunal and I have been offered legal counsel which to date I have politely declined.
Considering I have started an action against the Canadian Human Rights Commission which is made up of lawyers and specifically against six lawyers and their firms, which law firm / lawyer is going to support me and be party to an action against another law firm / lawyer and will their advice be in my best interest or in their associates best interest?
If you want to get something done take the bull by the horns so to speak.
