Fellow Internet Users The greatest test and threat ever to the Canadian Charter of Rights guaranteeing Freedom of Speech in the Press will occur in Down Town Vancouver Beautiful British Columbia Canada this May 22nd through 25th and June 18th through 22nd! why you ask? because during those two weeks the Canadian Human Rights Commission is spearheading a Tribunal to establish jurisdiction over your Internet, to punish me financially to the tune of $40,000 and to force the closure of the site. the crime? creating a sarcastic, some say caustic, still others say sardonic, and I say humoristic ("tongue in cheek") web site depicting the court system in Vancouver and Beautiful British Columbia as providing a "safer haven" for homosexual pedophiles and pedophiles in general. the punishment see wdtw the purpose of the site was to cause sufficient consternation and confrontation to make the reader feel uncomfortable enough to draw a line in the sand on behalf of children suffering the greatest exploitation of all. The Canadian Human Rights Commission is marshalling their "at arms length" Tribunal Powers under the cloak of the controversial section 13.1 of the Canadian Human Rights Act in their attempt to gain / inflict jurisdiction. Their "predetermined" success will have an unacceptable and chilling effect on your freedom of the expression while utilizing the Internet.
